In 1956 Junior Thorne established his family's legacy in Tonganoxie, Kansas, by founding Thorne's Tree Service, Inc. Since then, the company has remained family-owned and operated across three generations, accumulating 68 years of experience in private sector services.
Thorne's Tree Service, Inc. expanded its reach in 1986 by partnering with the regional utility provider, Kansas City Power and Light (now Evergy, Inc.). With over 35 years of experience in utility contracting, we are committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and correctly.
